Making a ticket

There are a few reasons you might want to make a ticket on our discord server: one of which being… you need to make an application ticket to join in the first place!

Steps

To make a ticket:

1. Go to the 🎫-tickets-🎫 channel in our Discord server.
2. Choose the type of ticket you want to make, by clicking on the right button / dropdown.
3. Enter the information requested in the orm, if applicable.
4. You must then write all the details which can be used to answer the question / help you. Do this as a single message in the newly created ticket. If you don’t provide enough information about the issue, we may close the ticket and ask you to make a new one with more information.
5. Wait for a staff member to respond to your ticket. We try to respond as quickly as possible, but it may take up to or (occasionally) more than a day. Please be patient - we will get to it as soon as we can!
