Reporting staff behaviour
If you don’t think that a staff acted professionally in response to an issue, please tell us!
Our administrator team (higherup staff) will review the situation, and if we believe that one of our staff members acted in the wrong way, we’ll talk to them about it.
Our review process
Section titled “Our review process”We review staff applications carefully, and only accept those from people who are already trusted in the Vanillacraft community.
This means that it’s unlikely you’ll have issues with our staff team, but of course, it is still a possibility, and so we give the option of reporting a member of the staff team confidentially to our administrator team, if you ever need to.
Please note that we take all reports seriously, and will review them as soon as we can. However, false reports or reports made in bad faith may be ignored, and may lead to consequences for the person making the report.
Reporting a staff member

server, in the Report a Staff Member category.
We’ll review this as soon as we can.
Please note that administration tickets can take longer to review than other types of tickets. See Ticket response times for more information.
Confidentiality
Section titled “Confidentiality”Only the administrator team will have access to the report, and we will not share the report with the staff member in question until we have reviewed it and decided on the best course of action.
